Pool Zenia approached us to create a lean content system to fuel franchisee growth across five regions — fast. They needed a video strategy that could clearly communicate the value of the business opportunity while feeling local, personal, and scalable.
We structured the shoot around a core founder-led video, then created five regional variations by swapping the intros — allowing us to launch localized campaigns without the need for multiple shoot days.
