1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the CGF Media website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

CGF Media provides digital marketing services including but not limited to paid advertising management, content creation, lead generation systems, and marketing strategy for home service contractors. The specific scope of services will be outlined in a separate service agreement upon engagement.

3. Client Obligations

As a client of CGF Media, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information about your business
  • Respond to qualified leads generated through our campaigns in a timely manner
  • Participate in scheduled content filming sessions (approximately 1 to 2 hours per month)
  • Maintain agreed upon advertising budgets with the ad platforms
  • Provide feedback and approvals in a timely manner

4. Payment Terms

Management fees are billed monthly and are due upon receipt. Ad spend budgets are paid directly to the advertising platforms (Meta, Google, etc.) and are separate from our management fees. Late payments may result in campaign pauses until the account is brought current.

5. Service Commitment

Our engagement begins with an initial four month commitment period to properly build, launch, and optimize your campaigns. After the initial period, services continue on a month to month basis. Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days written notice after the initial commitment period.

6. Intellectual Property

All creative assets, campaign strategies, landing pages, and marketing materials developed by CGF Media remain the intellectual property of CGF Media until the client account is in good standing and the engagement has been completed. Upon full payment, clients receive a license to use materials created specifically for their campaigns.

7. Results Disclaimer

While we strive to deliver exceptional results, CGF Media does not guarantee specific lead volumes, conversion rates, or revenue outcomes. Marketing performance is influenced by many factors including market conditions, competition, seasonality, and client responsiveness to leads.

8. Limitation of Liability

CGF Media shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client in the three months preceding the claim.

9. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the engagement, including business strategies, financial data, customer lists, and campaign performance data.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
